On August 29th, 2026 from 10:00am - 1:00pm the Monroe County Office of Traffic Safety, Kiwanis Club of Rochester, and Cub Scouts Pack #20 will be cohosting a bicycle skills rodeo. This free public event will include bicycle skills stations, community partners in attendance, with helmets provided to those who do not have one. Through the Kiwanis Club of Rochester, many of the event elements are funded by a Neighbors in Action grant.
Please pre-register for this event to increase your chances of winning one of three new bikes! Winners must be present to receive a bike that is relative to their height for safety.
Bikes are available to children only who don't already have a bike, and who are residents of Monroe County.
